Consumer Advisory Board
The FAIR Health Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) plays an important role in the consumer education mission of FAIR Health. Specific activities of the CAB include providing advice on the design and improvement of the FH Consumer Cost Lookup and other consumer offerings. They also assist in the development of FAIR Health’s strategies for increasing the educational content on the FAIR Health consumer website as well as the development of outreach strategies to help advise consumers of the free tools and services available on the consumer website.
