Carl Barnes

Carl joined the Fair Health team in February 2011. He has over 18 years experience in the healthcare industry and has worked in the position of contract specialist for over 12 years. The healthcare industry has provided Carl with expertise in grievance and appeals, network managment, insurance claims process and contract negotiation and management. The last five years he spent at a large pharmaceutical management company as a contracting specialst. Carl has a bachelors degree in Business Management and an MBA from Western International University.
