Joe Alequin

Chief Information Security Officer

Joe Alequin is responsible for the direction, management and oversight of FAIR Health’s information security program. He collaborates with business units and information technology to identify and address potential threats to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of FAIR Health’s systems and data. Joe has more than 18 years of experience helping organizations in heavily regulated industries develop and maintain processes that drive risk awareness, meet regulatory compliance and decrease exposure. Prior to joining FAIR Health, Joe worked as a technology risk oversight officer at Morgan Stanley and as a business information risk officer at HSBC. Joe received a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
