Kate Woodrow

General Counsel

As the General Counsel of FAIR Health, Kate Woodrow is responsible for leading the organization’s legal team, and advising senior management and the Board of Directors on legal issues. Kate previously served as FAIR Health’s Deputy General Counsel, and in that role was involved in strategic initiatives supporting the organization, including privacy and data governance matters. Prior to joining FAIR Health, Kate was an associate in the Healthcare & Not-for-Profit Group of the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, where she represented hospitals, healthcare providers, employer-sponsored health plans, religious organizations and other tax-exempt entities on a wide range of legal and compliance matters. Kate received an AB from Barnard College and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
