As the Chief Financial Officer at FAIR Health, Wayne Schultz plays a pivotal role in driving the financial health and strategic direction of the company. Wayne is an accomplished financial leader with a proven track record in fiscal management, strategic planning and operational support. Before assuming his current role, Wayne served as the US Chief Financial Officer of Hall & Partners, a marketing research and communications consultancy and a wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc. During his tenure at Hall & Partners, Wayne effectively managed the finances and provided critical operational support for the organization’s seven US profit and loss centers. Prior to his role at Hall & Partners, Wayne was a member of Omnicom Group Inc.’s Diversified Agency Services division corporate finance team. Here he helped to oversee the division’s acquisition strategy and then subsequently helped manage the consolidation process, budgeting and forecasting efforts. Wayne’s journey to leadership roles in finance began with six years of experience in public accounting. Wayne is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany – State University of New York.
